Common questions

After your 7-day trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged for the Starter plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid any charges, or upgrade to Business or Growth for more features.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly or annually (with 10% savings). You can cancel anytime. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

You can add extra screens to any plan. Starter: £7/$8 per extra screen. Business: £5/$6 per extra screen. Growth: £4/$5 per extra screen. Growth plan has no maximum limit.

The 7-day free trial is only available on the Starter plan. Business and Growth plans do not include a free trial, but you can upgrade anytime after starting with Starter.
