If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BryteCast operates in compliance with UK law, EU regulations including GDPR, and applicable United States laws.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using BryteCast, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
- Use BryteCast for illegal broadcasting or misleading advertising
- Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Interfere with service performance or security
BryteCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant BryteCast a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit content solely to operate the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
All fees are non-refundable except where consumer protection laws require otherwise, including UK and EU statutory rights.
7. Free Trials
Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
8. Service Availability
BryteCast is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates.
9. Termination and Account Closure
You may cancel your account at any time through Settings → Profile → Close Account.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, security concerns, or legal obligations.
Account Closure
Upon closing your account:
- Your account is immediately deactivated
- Data is archived for 6 months to allow reactivation
- After 6 months, all data is permanently deleted
- Active subscriptions are cancelled with no refund for the current billing period
- Access remains until the end of your current billing period
To reactivate your account within 6 months, contact hello@brytecast.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BryteCast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This does not limit liability where prohibited under UK or EU law.
11. Governing Law
- UK users: Laws of England and Wales
- EU users: Laws of the applicable EU member state
- US users: Laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law principles
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
